Monitor Tech	Hospital	Oakland	Monitor Tech	ASAP	Local Contract and Travel	At least one year experience as a Certified Monitor Tech within the last three years in a hospital, clinic or in a SNF/Home Health setting.  Formal EKG or arrhythmia class with a minimum of 20 hours. Patient Care Coordinator	Hospital	Santa Clara	RN	ASAP	Travel	Previous case management experience and demonstrated experience in utilization management, discharge planning, or transfer coordination.
