Below are the required Orientations for facilities where you could be working. If the link is password protected, please request the password from your recruiter.
Your test should be completed within the time frame given by your Recruiter. If you are unable to login, please contact your recruiter for a new password.

Community Hospital of Los Gatos
Please complete the Orientation Packet below, general training, Clinical EDU Quality Training, online ethics and compliance training (HEX training) (for HEX training follow the instructions in the 
HEX Access Training Login Setup and Tips) and when you complete this training print out the Completion Certificate. For general training open the following link ( Training) and once the general training is complete fill out the Training Attestation Form. The completed Orientation Packet, Completion Certificate and the Training Attestation Form must be faxed or emailed to your recruiter prior to your first shift at the facilities unless otherwise informed by your recruiter.
